Ingredients
 8 egg yolk
 100 gr sugar
 1 lt milk
 250 gr cream
 2 gr vanilla

Equipments
 mixing bowl
 wire whip

Method
 1.First get the equipment ready
 2.Preheat oven to 120 C
 3.Whisk the sugar and egg yolk to form a foam
 4.Add all the other ingredients whisk all of them
 5.Pour mixture into small bowls
 6.Bake for 20 minutes
 7.Allow to cool
 8.Decorate with Brown sugar and serve

        Sweet Yeast Bread

    Ingredients:
  • 500 gr. flour
  • 42 gr. yeast
  • 200 ml. milk
  • 100 ml. oil
  • 1 egg
  • 25 gr. butter
  • 25 gr. sugar
  • 15 gr. salt
    Equipments:
  • Mixing bowl, measuring spoons, weighing scales, baking tray, pastry brush, sieve, cooling rack.
   Method:
  1. Preheat oven to 180c gas mark 4. Grease a baking tray.
  2. Mixing yeast and sugar in the bowl. Then prove.
  3. Add all dry ingredients into mixing bowl.
  4. Add the yeast and sugar to mixture. Then knead all of them. Prove for 20 minutes.
  5. Decorate the knitted form.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Allow to cool.
  7. Decorate and serve.

                Enjoy the meal :)





CUSTARD

Ingredients
* 1 lt milk
* 200 gr sugar
* 50 gr dry fig
* 50 gr walnut
* 35 gr starch
* 2 gr vanilla

Equipments
Saucepan, wisk, ladle, measuring jug, knife

Methods
1- First, get the equipment ready.
2- Next, measure the ingredients.
3- Turn on the beat. put the saucepan on the hob.
4- Add the sugar, milk in saucepan. Boiling the milk and sugar mixture.
5- When boiling, gradually add starch, stirring constantly as thicken.
6- Break the walnut and peel. Add saucepan, stirring.
7- Remove the dry fig and dice. Add saucepan.
8- Add the vanilla saucepan and stir.
9- Divide into bowls.

SWEET SEMOLİNA

İngredients

1.5lt water
1 kg sugar
500g semolina
400g butter

Equipment

Saucepan, whisk, wooden spoon, pan 

Method

1.) Melt 400 g butter.
2.)Add the 500g semolina.
3.)Stir the semolina into the butter.
4.)Add the sugar and water into the other pan.
5.)The mixture bring to the boil and turn off the heat.
6.) The mixture add in the semolina.

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 Eggs
  • 200 gr Sugar
  • 200 gr Milk
  • 100 ml  Oil
  • 200 gr Flour
  • 25 gr cocoa
  • 10 gr Baking powder
  • 5 gr vanilla
EQUİPMENT

  • mixing bowl, palette knife, mixer, measuring jug, baking tray, metal spoon
METHOD

  1. Preheat oven to 180 C gas mark 4
  2. whisk the sugar and eggs together
  3. Add the milk and oil. And then whisk again
  4. Mix all the other dry ingredients.
  5. Sift the dry ingredients into a bowl. Using a metal spoon for to mix
  6. grease a baking tray
  7. pour the mixture into the baking tray
  8. bake for 30-35 minutes

LAKERDA

Ingredients

4 piece sea bass fillet

130g sugar
120g salt
15g carionder seeds
10g orenge peel

Equipment


Mixing bowl,baking tray,fillet knife,grater


Method


1.Divide sea bass fillet.

2.Blended ın mixing bowl  sugar salt, coriander seeds and orange peel.
3.Placed sea bass fillet on the baking tray.
4.Cover to mixture on the fish and allow to cool 2 days.
5.Portion and serve

Crepe Pasta with Chicken and Cream

Ingredients:

For Crepe:

  • 300 ml Flour
  • 150 ml Milk
  • 100 ml Water
  • 15 ml Olive Oil
  • 10 ml Salt
  • 2 Eggs
For Pasta with Chicken and Cream:
  • 3 Mushrooms
  • 15 ml Olive Oil
  • 2 pieces Chicken Breast
  • Sprinkle of blackpepper and salt
  • 15 ml Soy Souce
  • 200 g Cream
  • 50 g Parmesan Cheese
Equipments:
  • Bowl, measuring spoons, weighing scales, whisk, knife, crepepan, saucepan, ladle, cutting board, 
Method:

To prepare crepes:
  1. Sift the flour into a bowl.
  2. Beat the eggs in a small bowl.
  3. Add all the other ingredients, with the egg, to the flour.
  4. Mix to form a liquid dough. 
  5. Grease a pan and heat.
  6. Pour a ladle of dough into the pan and spread it.
  7. Cook both sides until golden brown.
  8. Allow to cool and slice lengthways all crepes.
To prepare pasta:
  1. Dice chicken breast and mushrooms.
  2. Grease a pan and heat.
  3. Cook chicken breast in pan.
  4. Add mushrooms when chicken cooked.
  5. Add salt and pepper.
  6. When mushrooms cooked, add to the pan pre-cut crepes.
  7. Add the cream into pan.
  8. When cream cooked sprinkle parmesan cheese and served.

Ingredints

500 g biscuits
60 ml milk
4*15 ml spoon cacao
6*15 ml spoon granulated sugar
100 g melted butter
Coconut to decorate

Equipment

Weighing scales, 2 bowl, spatula, aluminium foil

Method

1) Get crumble biscuits into bowl.
2) Melted butter, cacao, granulated sugar and milk mixer into other bowl.
3) Add the mixture into biscuits and mix with spatula.
4) Open the aluminium foil on the countertop.
5) Place dough on the aluminium foil. Close aluminum foil and decorate mosaic cake
6) Allow to cool 2-3 hours.
7) Decorate to coconut on the mosaic cake.
8) Divide and serve

BROWNİ

Ingredients:
300 gr egg
300 gr sugar
200 gr bitter chocolate
200 gr butter
150 gram flour
25 gr nuts
15 gr kakao
10 gr vanilla

Equipments:
Bowl

Saucepan
Mixer


Method:
  1. First,get the equipments ready
  2. Next,get the ingredients
  3. Then,preheat oven to 180 Co
  4. Grease a baking tray
  5. Melt chocolate and butter in a saucepan over low heat; set aside.
  6. With a mixer, beat eggs, sugar and vanilla at high speed for 8-10 minutes in a bowl
  7. Blend in chocolate mixture, flour, cocoa until just mixed.
  8. Then,add nuts
  9.  Pour into prepared baking tray
  10.  Bake for 35-40 minutes

                                             HOMEMADE STRAWBERRY ICE CREAM

First, get the ingredients and equipments ready.

Ingredients
500 gr strawberry
250 gr sugar
250 gr water
20 ml lemon juice
A large egg White
Mint leaves for serving

Equipments
Ice Cream Machine (Put the ice cream machine to the freezer before a day.)
Braiser
Masher
Bowl

Start by removing and washing the strawberries.
Get the masher and mash the strawberries.
Put them in the bowl and squeeze the lemon juice in it.
Next, put the braiser on the hob and turn on the heat.
Bring to the boil, when boiling rapidly, turn off the heat and chill it.
Pour the strawberries and lemon juice in the braiser when it chills.
Get the ice cream machine and pour all ingredients which are mixed in it and start.
Stop the machine when it freezes and put to the freezer.

You should service with mint leaves.

Coctail Tomato 1 kg
Riviera              30 gr
Cold Water        20 gr
Green Pepper     6 gr
Red Onion         6 gr
Salt                    5 gr
Sugar                 5 gr
Garlic                1 gr

Put all ingredients  into blender
Mixed 1 minute 30 seconds
You must eat cold this soup and you should service with raw shrimp and sliced cucumber

Ingrediens
400 gr boulgur
250 gr minced meat
20 gr parsley
10 gr tomatoes
150 gr tomatoes paste
5 gr spring onion
10 gr mint
15  gr salt
15 gr black pepper
10 gr chilli pepper

Materials 
1 Special Tray
1 Cut bourd
1 Chef Knife

First , get the equipment ready
Next, get the ingrediens
Onion is peel and chopped
Boulgur is put in the spaciel tray
Add minced meat and tomatoes paste on the boulgur .
Knead both of them during one hour.
Then , put chopped parsley , tomatoes . spring onion , chopped onion and herbs.
Again knead all of them during half hour in the end.

Mushroom soup

Next,get the ingredients.

Start by preparing the vegatables:
= peel and dice the onion
= dice the mushroom
= sift the flour
=cut the dill

    Put the soucepan on the hob.Trn on the heat.
    Add the margarine and onion.Soute the onion for 4 minutes.
    Add the flour and water.Bouiling for 5 minutes.
    Next,add the mushrooms and stock cube.
    When bouling rapidly,turn down the heat.Add the dill.
    Cover with a lid and simmer for 20 minutes.
                         MENEMEN

1 cup tomato

1 onion small
1/2 salt

3-) Start by preparing the vegetables.
4-) Put pan cooker, add butter, turn on the heat.
5-) Peel the tomatoes, pepper, onion.
6-) Peel away the outer brown skin.
7-) Slice across the onion, pepper, tomatoes. Add the pan.
8-) Finally, add the eggs are cooked.
9-) Allow to cook for a 5-7 moment. Add salt if desired.
10-) You cold other vegetables.

BAKERY MACKEREL
 Portion : 4  -  Preparation time : 30 min

First , get the equipment ready.

Equipment:
 Bakery tin 
Knife
Tea Spoon 

İngredients:
1100 gr mackerel
40 gr olive oil
3 gr thyme 
2 lemon
Salt and pepper

Start  by process steps:
  1. Cut away fin of mackerel.
  2. Wash the mackerel.
  3. Preheat oven to 250 C 
  4. Arrange mackerels 
  5. Brush olive oil to mackerels.
  6. Sprinkle salt , tyhme and pepper.
  7. Bake for 15 minutes. 
Service suggestion :
You could add sliced lemon and rocket.

500 ml milk
150 gr sugar
90 gr egg yolk
60 gr flour
5 gr vanilla
Start with the construction 
  1. Measure ingredients.
  2. Put the milk in the saucepan.
  3. Simmering the milk.
  4. Put the eggs yolk into the mixing bowl.
  5. Add sugar and vanilla into the mixing bowl.
  6. Whisk all ingredients ( make sure it goes white )
  7. Add flour and whisk again.
  8. Pour half of milk into the mixing bowl then whisk.
  9. Pour the mix into the saucepan with milk.
  10. Mix continuasly.
  11. Then pour into the flat tray and cool.
  12. Sprinkle powdered sugar to not holding crust.

Fettuccine Alfredo

Equipments:
1 Saucepan
1 Pan
1 Wooden spoon
1 Knife and Choppingboard
1 Strainer

Ingredientns:
500 ml Water
300 gr Pasta
160 gr Chicken
100 ml Crema
30 gr Mushroom
20 ml Oil
7 gr Salt
5 gr Black pepper

-          First get the equipments  ready.
-          Get the ingredients.
-          Put the water in the saucepan then put the saucepan on the hob.
-          When boilling add the salt and the pasta.
-          Boilling the pasta for fifteen minutes.
-          Then drain the pasta.
-          Dice the mushroom.
-          Shred the chickens.
-          Put the oil in the pan. Put the pan pn the hob, wait for three minutes.
-          Then add the chicken in the pan. Sauting for thirteen minutes.
-          Add the mushroom, stir and sauting for five minutes.
-          Add the crema then stir three minutes.
-          Finally add the pasta and mix.
-          Turn of the heat.

-          Served hot and with parmesan.

‘Vermicelli is a local pasta made from a dough with the inclusion of egg.’

 First, get the equipment ready.


Equipment:
·       Rolling pin
·       sifter
·       Weighing scales
·       Measuring Spoons
·       Bowl
·       Knife
·       Spatula
·       Cutting board

 Next, get the ingredients.


İngredients:
·       1 kg flour
·       1 l water
·       150 gr egg
·       50 gr salt
 Measure the flour,egg,water and salt.
 Sift the flour
 All ingredients are kneaded until dough is smooth.
 Cut the dough into quarters, then fermantion the dough for on hour.
Rool out the dough .
 Allow to cook for a moment on the plate.
 Shred the dough
  Baking the dough in the oven
Cooking suggestions:
Vermicelli is cooked in deep booling with water and chicken stock in covered saucepan.
Serving Suggestion:
It is served with grated parmesan.

next ,get the ingredients.
cut the cherry tomatoes pieces into quarters.
next, cut the basils chiffonede.
Put the wok on the hob. Turn on the heat.
Add the oil and saute onions for 3 minutes.
add the tomatoes into the wok.
next boiling pasta in 3 minutes.
add all the other vegetables and pasta into the wok,
add mixed herbs,basils,pepper and salt.
finally,mix everything together.
you could add mozeralla.

Ingredients

  • 3 medium tomatoes
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 medium green peppers
  • 1 medium onion
  • 3 soup spoon sunflower seed oiln (45 ml)
  • 1 tea spoon salt (5 gr)
  • 1 tea spoon black pepper (3 gr)
Materials

  • 1 chopping board
  • 1 chef knife
  • 1 wooden spoon
  • 1 frying pan
  • 4 medium bowls
Process Steps

  • First, get the materials ready.
  • Next, get the ingredients.
  • Cut away the top of the onion, peel and dice with the chef knife on the chopping board, put in first bowl.
  • Cut away the top of the peppers, dice and put in second bowl.
  • Pull away the green stalks from the tomatoes, dice and put in third bowl.
  • Crack eggs in fourth bowl.
  • Turn on the heat.Put the frying pan on the hob.
  • Add the sunflower seed oil and chopped onion to the frying pan.
  • 3 minutes later, add the chopped peppers to the frying pan and stir with wooden spoon.
  • 2 minutes later, add the chopped tomatoes to the frying pan.
  • 5 minutes later, add broken eggs, salt and black pepper to the frying pan, stir again.Wait a minute.
  • Finally, turn down the heat.

Let's make a salad with together :)
First, get the equipment ready.
Next, get the ingredients.
Peel and grated radish and carrot.
Next cobbage grated.

Finally, stir all the ingredients in the bowl.
Add olive,salt and lemon juise to he vegetables.

 Next, get the ingredients.

 Start by preparing the vegetable:
  *Peel and dice the tomato, cucumber  and onion.
  *Cut away the green peppers.

 Add the oil, pomegranate sous and  spices(salt, paprika) to the vegetables.

 Finally, mix everyting together.

 You could add other vegetables, such  as parsley or mint.

CHICKEN SANDWICH

   First, get the ingredients.
   Next, slice the bread.

   Spread soft margarine or butter over the slices. Make sure it goes right into the corners.
   Arrange boiled chicken pieces, lettuce and slices of tomato over 1 slice of bread.
   Next, place the other slice of bread on top and cut in half.

JACKED POTATO
















  1. First get the equipment ready.
  2. Next, get the ingredients.
  3. Bake the potato.
  4. Cut in the middle baked potato.
  5. Add butter, salt and kashar cheese into the potato. Carefully stir.
  6. Add green olives, black olives, pickled gherkins, boiled corn, boiled carror and boiled pea into the potato.
  7. Finally add ketchup and mayonnaise over the potato.

OMELETTE WITH PEPPERS

First, get the equipment ready.
Next,get the ingredients.
Start by cut the vegetables;
Cut away the top of the green peppers.
Next slice the peppers.
Put the saucepan on the hob. Turn on the heat.
Add the oil and fry the peppers for 3 minutes.
Whisk the eggs in a bowl.
Add some salt in eggs.
Pour the eggs into saucepan.
Finally turn off the heat and service omelette.

You could add cheese.
