Vermicelli

‘Vermicelli is a local pasta made from a dough with the inclusion of egg.’

 First, get the equipment ready.


Equipment:
·       Rolling pin
·       sifter
·       Weighing scales
·       Measuring Spoons
·       Bowl
·       Knife
·       Spatula
·       Cutting board

 Next, get the ingredients.


İngredients:
·       1 kg flour
·       1 l water
·       150 gr egg
·       50 gr salt
 Measure the flour,egg,water and salt.
 Sift the flour
 All ingredients are kneaded until dough is smooth.
 Cut the dough into quarters, then fermantion the dough for on hour.
Rool out the dough .
 Allow to cook for a moment on the plate.
 Shred the dough
  Baking the dough in the oven
Cooking suggestions:
Vermicelli is cooked in deep booling with water and chicken stock in covered saucepan.
Serving Suggestion:
It is served with grated parmesan.
