Ingredients

4 piece sea bass fillet

130g sugar
120g salt
15g carionder seeds
10g orenge peel

Equipment


Mixing bowl,baking tray,fillet knife,grater


Method


1.Divide sea bass fillet.

2.Blended ın mixing bowl  sugar salt, coriander seeds and orange peel.
3.Placed sea bass fillet on the baking tray.
4.Cover to mixture on the fish and allow to cool 2 days.
5.Portion and serve
