Crepe Pasta with Chicken and Cream

Ingredients:

For Crepe:

  • 300 ml Flour
  • 150 ml Milk
  • 100 ml Water
  • 15 ml Olive Oil
  • 10 ml Salt
  • 2 Eggs
For Pasta with Chicken and Cream:
  • 3 Mushrooms
  • 15 ml Olive Oil
  • 2 pieces Chicken Breast
  • Sprinkle of blackpepper and salt
  • 15 ml Soy Souce
  • 200 g Cream
  • 50 g Parmesan Cheese
Equipments:
  • Bowl, measuring spoons, weighing scales, whisk, knife, crepepan, saucepan, ladle, cutting board, 
Method:

To prepare crepes:
  1. Sift the flour into a bowl.
  2. Beat the eggs in a small bowl.
  3. Add all the other ingredients, with the egg, to the flour.
  4. Mix to form a liquid dough. 
  5. Grease a pan and heat.
  6. Pour a ladle of dough into the pan and spread it.
  7. Cook both sides until golden brown.
  8. Allow to cool and slice lengthways all crepes.
To prepare pasta:
  1. Dice chicken breast and mushrooms.
  2. Grease a pan and heat.
  3. Cook chicken breast in pan.
  4. Add mushrooms when chicken cooked.
  5. Add salt and pepper.
  6. When mushrooms cooked, add to the pan pre-cut crepes.
  7. Add the cream into pan.
  8. When cream cooked sprinkle parmesan cheese and served.
