Ingredients:
For Crepe:
- 300 ml Flour
- 150 ml Milk
- 100 ml Water
- 15 ml Olive Oil
- 10 ml Salt
- 2 Eggs
For Pasta with Chicken and Cream:
- 3 Mushrooms
- 15 ml Olive Oil
- 2 pieces Chicken Breast
- Sprinkle of blackpepper and salt
- 15 ml Soy Souce
- 200 g Cream
- 50 g Parmesan Cheese
Equipments:
- Bowl, measuring spoons, weighing scales, whisk, knife, crepepan, saucepan, ladle, cutting board,
Method:
To prepare crepes:
To prepare crepes:
- Sift the flour into a bowl.
- Beat the eggs in a small bowl.
- Add all the other ingredients, with the egg, to the flour.
- Mix to form a liquid dough.
- Grease a pan and heat.
- Pour a ladle of dough into the pan and spread it.
- Cook both sides until golden brown.
- Allow to cool and slice lengthways all crepes.
To prepare pasta:
- Dice chicken breast and mushrooms.
- Grease a pan and heat.
- Cook chicken breast in pan.
- Add mushrooms when chicken cooked.
- Add salt and pepper.
- When mushrooms cooked, add to the pan pre-cut crepes.
- Add the cream into pan.
- When cream cooked sprinkle parmesan cheese and served.
