Sweet Yeast Bread
Ingredients:
- 500 gr. flour
- 42 gr. yeast
- 200 ml. milk
- 100 ml. oil
- 1 egg
- 25 gr. butter
- 25 gr. sugar
- 15 gr. salt
Equipments:
- Mixing bowl, measuring spoons, weighing scales, baking tray, pastry brush, sieve, cooling rack.
Method:
- Preheat oven to 180c gas mark 4. Grease a baking tray.
- Mixing yeast and sugar in the bowl. Then prove.
- Add all dry ingredients into mixing bowl.
- Add the yeast and sugar to mixture. Then knead all of them. Prove for 20 minutes.
- Decorate the knitted form.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes. Allow to cool.
- Decorate and serve.
