CREME BRULEE
Ingredients
 8 egg yolk
 100 gr sugar
 1 lt milk
 250 gr cream
 2 gr vanilla

Equipments
 mixing bowl
 wire whip
 small bowl
Method
 1.First get the equipment ready
 2.Preheat oven to 120 C
 3.Whisk the sugar and egg yolk to form a foam
 4.Add all the other ingredients whisk all of them
 5.Pour mixture into small bowls
 6.Bake for 20 minutes
 7.Allow to cool
 8.Decorate with Brown sugar and serve
