1 mixing bowl
1 whisk
1 saucepan
Next, get the ingredients
İngredients
500 ml milk
150 gr sugar
90 gr egg yolk
60 gr flour
5 gr vanilla
Start with the construction
- Measure ingredients.
- Put the milk in the saucepan.
- Simmering the milk.
- Put the eggs yolk into the mixing bowl.
- Add sugar and vanilla into the mixing bowl.
- Whisk all ingredients ( make sure it goes white )
- Add flour and whisk again.
- Pour half of milk into the mixing bowl then whisk.
- Pour the mix into the saucepan with milk.
- Mix continuasly.
- Then pour into the flat tray and cool.
- Sprinkle powdered sugar to not holding crust.
