Ingredients
- 3 medium tomatoes
- 3 large eggs
- 2 medium green peppers
- 1 medium onion
- 3 soup spoon sunflower seed oiln (45 ml)
- 1 tea spoon salt (5 gr)
- 1 tea spoon black pepper (3 gr)
- 1 chopping board
- 1 chef knife
- 1 wooden spoon
- 1 frying pan
- 4 medium bowls
- First, get the materials ready.
- Next, get the ingredients.
- Cut away the top of the onion, peel and dice with the chef knife on the chopping board, put in first bowl.
- Cut away the top of the peppers, dice and put in second bowl.
- Pull away the green stalks from the tomatoes, dice and put in third bowl.
- Crack eggs in fourth bowl.
- Turn on the heat.Put the frying pan on the hob.
- Add the sunflower seed oil and chopped onion to the frying pan.
- 3 minutes later, add the chopped peppers to the frying pan and stir with wooden spoon.
- 2 minutes later, add the chopped tomatoes to the frying pan.
- 5 minutes later, add broken eggs, salt and black pepper to the frying pan, stir again.Wait a minute.
- Finally, turn down the heat.
