ASIAN CUISINE

Asian cuisine is from East Asian and Southeast Asian countries. East Asian countries are China, Japan and Korea. South Asian countries are Vietnam and Thailand.

Chinese Cuisine:
Chinese cuisine is from Cantonese, Szechuan and Hunan. Each cuisine has different feature. Generally vegetables, carbohydrate, meat and fish are used too much in this cuisine. Sauces and frying are not used much in Cantonese cuisine. Spices are prefered much in Hunan and Szechuan.

Japanese Cuisine:
Presentation and quality are important in this cuisine. Rice and noodles are staple for people where in this countrie. People use spices too much. Generally Japanese food is eaten with wooden chopsticks. Sashimi, sushi and tempura are the most famous foods in Japanese cuisine. Sake is a famous drink in this cuisine.

Korean Cuisine:
Garlic, chili pepper and soybeans are frequently used in this cuisine. Fermented foods are important in this cuisine like Kimchi. Stainless steel dishes, spoons and chopsticks are used. Saju is important drink for people.

Vietnamese Cuisine:
This cuisine has sweeter tastes. Herbs, fresh produces and dipping sauces are used too much. People often consume pho noodle dishes.


Thai Cuisine:
Curries are used in this cuisine. Curries made from coconut milk and fresh turmeric. Lime, rice and noodles are often prefered. Thai food is eaten with a fork and spoon. Pad Thai is favorite food in this cuisine.

Asian cuisine has so different cultures because The soil is very wide and climate is changing in every region .Of course ,geographical differences are so  important for cuisine culture.Asian cuisine is from East Asian and Southeast Asian countries.

Chinese cuisine is from Cantonese,Szechuan,Hunan. Every region has differences.For example,Szechuan and Hunan cuisine have spicier recipes,whereas cantonese cuisine hasn't a lot of sauces or frying but generally, chinese cuisine is made from a carbohydrate,vegetable ,meat or fish.

In Japanese cuisine , spices are so important.Meals have staple like rice or noddles.In Japon, People like eating food with wooden chopsticks and they love eating sushi,sashimi,tempura and they drink sake during the meal.

In Korea,People love using garlic and chili pepper in the meals.Meals have staple like soybeans.They have kimchi as a fermented food. Stainless steel dishes, spoons, chopsticks are used in this country.People usually drink soju during a meal or snack.

Southeast Asian cuisine has beautiful flavors.It is from Vietnam and Thailand cuisine.

In Vietnam,generally people prefer eating sweeter tastes and they use herbs,dipping sauces. Fresh produce is so important.They have pho noddle dishes with spicy.

In Thailand,People love using curry in the meals.Lime is so important, morever noodles and rice are so popular.Pad Thai is one of the most attractive meal in Thailand.People use fork and spoon to eat meals.

In my opinion, Asian cuisine is the unique cuisine which holds all the tastes in the world. We should visit there.

Korean Cuisine garlic and chili peppers predominate. People use to spoon and wooden chopstick. Korean Cuisine is other staple soybeans, kimchi and saju.
Vetnamese
Vietnamese Cuisine is rafined cuisine. This cuisine has sweeter tastes and liberal herbs. This cuisine very important food pho noodle. Pho noodle make rice. There are fresh produces and dipping sauces this cuisine.
Thai
Thai Cuisine rice and noodle predominate. There are food Curries and Pad Thai. Curries made from coconut miilk and fresh turmeric. Pad Thai made from soybean sprouts and peanut. People use to fork and spoon.

In Vietnamese cuisine, vegetable, rice and sea products frequent are used. Pho is consumed in the morning. Spices, sour, sweet, hot and salt are underpinned Vietnamese cuisine. Some examples of Vietnamese cuisine are Banh Chung, Nem. Bia Hoi is beverage. It is consumed very much.


Soup, salad, rice, meat, sea products are very important in the Thailand cuisine. Tom Vem Kung is important food. It is made from coconut milk. Curry is used very much. Some examples of Thailand cuisine are Pad Thai, Sam Tom, insect foods.

            Japanese meals are very nutritious. Storage methods such as pickles, drying roasting, jams are developed. Boiled rice, sea bugs and green tea are consumed. They say after meal 'gochiso soma deshita'. Its main 'this is a full feast'.

KOREAN CUISINE

           Korean cuisine is healthy cuisine. Consist of cereal and vegetables. There are spicy and bitter dishes in Korean cuisine. Koreans prefer to drink soup instead of drinking water. The Korean appetizer is called  Bonchan. Their meals are prepared with grill, boiled and roasting.

SOUTHEAST REGIONS

THAILAND CUISINE

            The food is less oily and less bitter in the north. Lobster, crab, squid are consumed.
They use fork and spoon. Thailand cuisine very rich with exotic fruits. In Thailand cuisine, cucumber is eaten after bitter meals.

VIETNAMESE CUISINE

            Vietnamese cuisine's staple are rice and noodle dishes. Almost every animals every vegetable and fruit are eaten. They eat cabbage pickles with fried dough. Name of this coffee is 'caphe'. It has a chocolate taste. Rice wine, a highly preferred drink in he whole country. Green tea is found everywhere.

Japanese cuisine's character soy sauce, fish stoke and sake. Green tea is consumed quite a few in Japan. Japanese drink tea after meal. Japanese consume dessert quite a little.

CHINESE CUISINE: Chinese cuisine is the oldest cuisine in the world. Chinese has different food culture. There are five hundred different spicy. Increase of body heat is important for them. Vitamins and are minerals aren't important for Chinese people. Because the fire melts oil and evaporates water. The favorite Chinese foods are Chinese Chicken with honey and Sonphua egg. The favorite Chinese drink is Baiju. 

KOREAN CUISINE : Korean cuisine is the synthesis of Japanese and Chinese cuisine. Korean cuisine's staple are garlic and red pepper. All the dishes come to the table at the same time. The favorite Korean cuisine food is 'Kimchi'. Kimchi is fermented foods.

SOUTHEAST ASIAN

THAILAND CUISINE : In Thailand; bitter, sour, sweet, spicy things are consumed largely. In there exotic fruits are found. They often use seafood in their meals. Thailand is known for it's authentic flavors. They also use curry which their spicy. The favorite Thailand foods are both rice dish and Pad Thai. Predominate products; coconut milk fresh turmeric.  

VIETNAMESE : Vietnamese cuisine the most important point is refined cuisine. Vietnamese cuisine is made from a rice. Vietnamese cuisine is drunk Pho Soup in the morning. Vietnamese specialties are Nem, Bonh Chung, Nouc mam. Vietnamese is eaten dog and snake meat. Vietnamese special beverage is Bia Hoi.

Korean cuisine was consisted of Chinese and Japanese cuisines. Garlic and pepper come to the forefront in the Korean cuisine. Spices, soybeans sauce, sesame oil and ginger are used for flavor. Some examples of this cuisine are Bulgogi, Dak Kkochi, Ggultarae.

In Vietnamese cuisine, rice is very important. Vietnamese's favorite food is Pho that is soup. Pho is made from chicken broth. Oil hardly is used in the food. Vietnamese cuisine has rich and delicious foods. Sea products are very important. Some examples of Vietnamese cuisine are Banh Chung, Nem, Bia Hoi.

           I will be tell about the Asian Cuısıne. When thinking of Asian cuısıne ; the firstly many people's mind are coming healty, fersh product and light food. For example : Delicous and light sushi. Asia people's usually weak persons.  Obesity rate isnt very few in the Asia. Asia cuısıne is a quite a light kitchen. Asia cuısıne and foods consist a lot of diversty more specially and different traditions. There are very community in the Asia cuısıne .

 Asia cuısıne classify East Asin Cuısıne and Southeast Asian Cuısıne . East Asia has important three countries cuısınes. It are Japanese,Chinese and Korea cuısıne. This cuısınes are containing a lot of different product. Now we learn these products and features.


Chinese cuısıne is consisting a carbohydrable , a vegetable, meat or fish. This products are classifing  by  ıt's origin. There are two part chinese cuısıne.  These are Cantonese cuısıne, Szechan cuısıne and Hunan cuısıne.  Cantonese cuısıne is from the south. This cuısıne doesn't suitable for sauces and frying. Szechan cuısıne and Human cuısıne are from the west. This cuısıne involves spicier recipes.

1.1  EAST ASIAN CUISINE

  Chinese cuisine made from Szechuan, Hunan and Shandong cuisines. In Chinese cuisine carbohydrate, vegetables, meat and fish very important.   

  Cantonese is south of the China. People aren’t use to sauce and frying in Cantonese cuisine.

  Szechuan, Hunan and Shandong is west of the China. Szechuan and Hunan cuisines usually use to spice. In Shandong, soup and seafood predominate. Shandong’s meals have got a lot of protein.  

  In Japanese, rice and noodles are staple. Presentation, food quality and spices are important for Japanese people. Japanese people used to wooden chopsticks for eating food. In Japanese cuisine natural food is important. Foods are less cooked in Japanese cuisine. There are a lot of famous meals. The meals are for example, Ramen, Sukiyaki, Sashimi and Tempura. The Sake is a beverage which Japanese people drink.

  In Korean cuisine usually used to garlic, chili peppers and soybeans in the kitchen. Korean cuisine has got healthy vegetables. There is a reliance on soup in the kitchen. The soup is very important for Korean people. Korean people used to stainless steel dishes, spoons and chopsticks. Korean people usually drink Saju. Kimchi is a food that people fermented. Bulgogi is famous meal in the Korea.

  Indian cuisine is in the south Asian cuisine. Indian cuisine has got a lot of spices. Indian people always used to curry in the chicken meals. In Indian cuisine are usually make dessert with cinnamon. There are vegetarians in the South India more than North India. Famous meals are Chapati, Naan and Roti in Indian cuisine.

  Southeast Asian cuisine made from Thailand and Vietnamese cuisines.

  In Thai cuisine usually use to curries. Curries made from coconut milk and fresh turmeric. The Thai cuisine has got lime, rice and noodles. In Thai cuisine used to hot spices. The meat is cut into small pieces, then cook. Thai food is eaten with a fork and spoon. Pad Thai is famous meal in the Thailand.   

  In Vietnamese cuisine is liberal use of the herbs. So this kitchen is healthy. Vietnamese people used to herbs, fresh produces and dipping sauces. The Vietnamese people usually eating pasta soup. The soup name is “Pho” Pho made from chicken broth and boiled rice pasta. Almost they don’t use to oil in meals. Vietnamese cuisine has got a lot of famous meals for example Banh Chung.

                          AMERICAN COOKIES RECIPE

                                           Ingredients
210 gr white flour
120 gr butter
100 gr white sugar
100 gr drop chocolate
50 gr brown sugar
1 egg
Half of dessert spoon salt
Half of dessert spoon baking powder
5 ml liquid vanilla

                                                                 Equipment
a weighing scales
a mixer
a sieve
a bowl
a pastry cutter
a rolling pin
a tray
a oven
                                              Directions
1-Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
2-Whisk the butter and sugar until creamy.
3-Add the egg and vanılla.
4-Sift the flour, salt and baking powder
5-Rub-in to other to mixture.
6-Fınally, stir the drop chocolate.
7-Roll the dough with rolling pin.
8-Cutter the dough with pastry cutter.
9-Thread the dough to pastry pin.
10-Bake for 10 to 12 minutes in the preheated oven.
11-Edges should be golden brown.

Firstly if we want to lay a table we need a table.
Then a clean tablecloth is placed on the table.
After that we can start to place the plates.
Service plate is placed in front of the customer.
The other plates are set up according to order. The dinner fork is placed on the left side of the service plate and the starter fork is placed on the left side of the dinner fork.
The dinner knife is placed on the right side of the service plate and the starter knife is placed on the right  side of the dinner knife.
The soup spoon is placed on the right side of the starter knife.
And then the napkin is placed on the left side of the starter fork.
The tea cup is placed on the right side and near the soup spoon.
The dessert fork and spoon is placed above the service plate.
The bread plate and knife is placed on the left side of the dessert spoon and fork.
The name place card is placed above the dessert fork and spoon.
Finally, wine glasses and water glass are put on the right side and across to the service plate

First we put spread a clean tablecloth to the table.
Put the service plate and the other plates in front of the guess together.
Put the dinner fork  left side of the service plate and the salad fork must place left of the dinner fork. Put the napkin  left handside. Put the dinner knife  right of the service plate and put the soupspoon next to the dinner knife on the right side.
Put the bread plate and brade knife on the top the left side.
Put the dessert spoon and the dessert fork on the top of the service plate.
Put the water glass top the right side and the wineglass must be next to the waterglass on the right side. Lastly put the white wine glass  next to the red wine glass on the right side.





Firstly a clean tablecloth is placed on the  table.
Service plate is put in front of the customer.
Salad fork dinner fork  dessert fork are put left of the plate position.
Soup spoon teaspoon dinner knife are put right of the plate position.
Water goblet  red wine and White wine are put above the spoons.
Napkin is put left of forks.
Butter plate is put above the napkin.

Soup bowl is put in the service plate.
