1) Firstly a clean tablecloth is placed on the table.

3) Then a napkin is put on the service
plate.
4) A main course knife and a main
course fork are placed to the right side and left side of the plate position.
5) A
first course soup spoon is placed to the right of the main course knife .
6) A
first course fork is placed to the left of the main course fork.
7) A dessert fork
is put above the service plate.
8) A dessert spoon is put above the dessert fork.
9) A side plate is placed to the left of dessert cutlery.
10) A butter knife is put on
the side plate.
11) A water glass is placed to the right of dessert cutlery.
