ASIAN CUISINE

Asian cuisine is from East Asian and Southeast Asian countries. East Asian countries are China, Japan and Korea. South Asian countries are Vietnam and Thailand.

Chinese Cuisine:
Chinese cuisine is from Cantonese, Szechuan and Hunan. Each cuisine has different feature. Generally vegetables, carbohydrate, meat and fish are used too much in this cuisine. Sauces and frying are not used much in Cantonese cuisine. Spices are prefered much in Hunan and Szechuan.

Japanese Cuisine:
Presentation and quality are important in this cuisine. Rice and noodles are staple for people where in this countrie. People use spices too much. Generally Japanese food is eaten with wooden chopsticks. Sashimi, sushi and tempura are the most famous foods in Japanese cuisine. Sake is a famous drink in this cuisine.

Korean Cuisine:
Garlic, chili pepper and soybeans are frequently used in this cuisine. Fermented foods are important in this cuisine like Kimchi. Stainless steel dishes, spoons and chopsticks are used. Saju is important drink for people.

Vietnamese Cuisine:
This cuisine has sweeter tastes. Herbs, fresh produces and dipping sauces are used too much. People often consume pho noodle dishes.


Thai Cuisine:
Curries are used in this cuisine. Curries made from coconut milk and fresh turmeric. Lime, rice and noodles are often prefered. Thai food is eaten with a fork and spoon. Pad Thai is favorite food in this cuisine.
