Asian cuisine has so different cultures because The soil is very wide and climate is changing in every region .Of course ,geographical differences are so  important for cuisine culture.Asian cuisine is from East Asian and Southeast Asian countries.

Chinese cuisine is from Cantonese,Szechuan,Hunan. Every region has differences.For example,Szechuan and Hunan cuisine have spicier recipes,whereas cantonese cuisine hasn't a lot of sauces or frying but generally, chinese cuisine is made from a carbohydrate,vegetable ,meat or fish.

In Japanese cuisine , spices are so important.Meals have staple like rice or noddles.In Japon, People like eating food with wooden chopsticks and they love eating sushi,sashimi,tempura and they drink sake during the meal.

In Korea,People love using garlic and chili pepper in the meals.Meals have staple like soybeans.They have kimchi as a fermented food. Stainless steel dishes, spoons, chopsticks are used in this country.People usually drink soju during a meal or snack.

Southeast Asian cuisine has beautiful flavors.It is from Vietnam and Thailand cuisine.

In Vietnam,generally people prefer eating sweeter tastes and they use herbs,dipping sauces. Fresh produce is so important.They have pho noddle dishes with spicy.

In Thailand,People love using curry in the meals.Lime is so important, morever noodles and rice are so popular.Pad Thai is one of the most attractive meal in Thailand.People use fork and spoon to eat meals.

In my opinion, Asian cuisine is the unique cuisine which holds all the tastes in the world. We should visit there.
