1.      ASIAN CUISINE

  Asian cuisine made from East Asian cuisine, Southeast Asian cuisine and South Asian cuisine.

1.1  EAST ASIAN CUISINE

  Chinese cuisine made from Szechuan, Hunan and Shandong cuisines. In Chinese cuisine carbohydrate, vegetables, meat and fish very important.   

  Cantonese is south of the China. People aren’t use to sauce and frying in Cantonese cuisine.

  Szechuan, Hunan and Shandong is west of the China. Szechuan and Hunan cuisines usually use to spice. In Shandong, soup and seafood predominate. Shandong’s meals have got a lot of protein.  

  In Japanese, rice and noodles are staple. Presentation, food quality and spices are important for Japanese people. Japanese people used to wooden chopsticks for eating food. In Japanese cuisine natural food is important. Foods are less cooked in Japanese cuisine. There are a lot of famous meals. The meals are for example, Ramen, Sukiyaki, Sashimi and Tempura. The Sake is a beverage which Japanese people drink.

  In Korean cuisine usually used to garlic, chili peppers and soybeans in the kitchen. Korean cuisine has got healthy vegetables. There is a reliance on soup in the kitchen. The soup is very important for Korean people. Korean people used to stainless steel dishes, spoons and chopsticks. Korean people usually drink Saju. Kimchi is a food that people fermented. Bulgogi is famous meal in the Korea.  

1.2  SOUTH ASIAN CUISINE

  Indian cuisine is in the south Asian cuisine. Indian cuisine has got a lot of spices. Indian people always used to curry in the chicken meals. In Indian cuisine are usually make dessert with cinnamon. There are vegetarians in the South India more than North India. Famous meals are Chapati, Naan and Roti in Indian cuisine.

1.3  SOUTHEAST ASIAN CUISINE

  Southeast Asian cuisine made from Thailand and Vietnamese cuisines.

  In Thai cuisine usually use to curries. Curries made from coconut milk and fresh turmeric. The Thai cuisine has got lime, rice and noodles. In Thai cuisine used to hot spices. The meat is cut into small pieces, then cook. Thai food is eaten with a fork and spoon. Pad Thai is famous meal in the Thailand.   

  In Vietnamese cuisine is liberal use of the herbs. So this kitchen is healthy. Vietnamese people used to herbs, fresh produces and dipping sauces. The Vietnamese people usually eating pasta soup. The soup name is “Pho” Pho made from chicken broth and boiled rice pasta. Almost they don’t use to oil in meals. Vietnamese cuisine has got a lot of famous meals for example Banh Chung.
