ASIAN CUISINE
Asian cuisine is
from East Asian and Southeast Asian countries. East Asian countries are
Chinese, Japanese and Korean. Southeast Asian countries are Vietnamese and
Thailand.
Chinese cuisine is
a rich cuisine. Foods are very various and different. Soybeans are very
important in the Chinese cuisine. Rice is used very much. Vegetables are cooked
in the Wok that is pan. The food is eaten wit chopstick. Some examples of
Chinese cuisine are Dim Sum, Noodle Soup, Peking Duck.
In Japanese
cuisine, vegetable, rice and fish are very important. Salt hardly is used in
the Japanese cuisine. The food is eaten with wooden chopstick. Some examples of
Japanese cuisine are Sushi, Udon and Ramen.
In Korean cuisine,
vegetable is very important. Garlic and pepper are used very much. Kimchi is very
important in the Korean cuisine. Spoon and chopstick are used. Some examples of
Korean cuisine are My Ulchi, Bokkeum, Galbijjim, Rabokki.
In Vietnamese
cuisine, vegetable, rice and sea products frequent are used. Pho is consumed in
the morning. Spices, sour, sweet, hot and salt are underpinned Vietnamese
cuisine. Some examples of Vietnamese cuisine are Banh Chung, Nem. Bia Hoi is
beverage. It is consumed very much.
Soup, salad, rice,
meat, sea products are very important in the Thailand cuisine. Tom Vem Kung is
important food. It is made from coconut milk. Curry is used very much.
Some examples of Thailand cuisine are Pad Thai, Sam Tom, insect foods.
