Firstly a clean tablecloth is placed on the table.
Service plate is put in front of the customer.
Salad fork dinner fork
dessert fork are put left of the plate position.
Soup spoon teaspoon dinner knife are put right of the plate
position.
Water goblet red wine
and White wine are put above the spoons.
Napkin is put left of forks.
Butter plate is put above the napkin.
Soup bowl is put in the service plate.
