EAST CUISINE

Chinese Cuisine
Chinese cuisine is made from a carbohydrate and vegatable,meat or fish.Many Chinese traditional regional cuisines rely on basic methods of food preservation such as drying,salting,pickling and fermantation.Chinese cuisines include Anhui,Contanese,Fujion,Hunan,Jiangsu,Shandong,   Szechuan and Zhejiang.

Japanese Cuisine
Japanese cuisine quality of ingredients and presentation.In Japanese cuisine,spices and quality are important.Some examples of Japanese cuisine are sushi,sashimi,tempura and sake.Sushi and Sashimi are both part of the cuisine of the island nation.Modern Japanese cuisine includes an extensive variety of popular meat dishes.

Korean Cuisine
Korean cuisine is largely based upon rice,vegatables and meats.Kimchi is served often,sometimes at every meal.Korean barbecue or 'gogi gui' refers to the Korean method of grilling beef,pork,chicken or other types of meat.

SOUTHEAST ASIAN CUISINE

Vietnamese Cuisine
Vietnamese cuisine is a style of cooking derived from Vietnam.Fish souce,soy sauce,rice,fresh herbs,fruits and vegatables are commonly used.The north has more familiar spicy Vietnamese food like phonoodle dishes.Herbs,fresh produce and dipping sauces are important.

Thai Cuisine
Thai cuisine can be described as four rigional cuisines corresponding to the four main regions of the country.In Thailand cuisine has geographical differences.Both rice and noodles are popular,Pad Thai is a favorite.Thai food is eaten with a fork and spoon.
