Chinese cuisine is made from a carbonhydrate and vegetable, meat or fish.Cantonese doesn't use a lot of sauces or frying.Szechuan and Hunan cuisine are from the west.They have spicier recipes.

In Japanese cuisine , presentation ,spices and quality are important .Meals have a staple like rice or noodles that comes with several side dishes.The food is eaten with wooden chopsticks. Japanese cuisine are sushi, sashimi,tempura,yakitori,onigiri,takayoki and sake.

In Korea cuisine, garlic and chili peppers. There is a reliance on soybeans and fermented foods like kimchi.A meal has a lot of side dishes.Stainless steel dishes.Stainless steel dishes,spoons and chopsticks are used. Some examples of Korea cuisine are Samgyeopsal, Omurice, Bibimbap, Kimbap, Ddeokbokki, Jajangmyeon, Odeng, Bungeoppang, Japchae, Doenjang Jjigae, Yangnyeom tongdak, Jook- Dak Juk , Jjamppong,Gujeolpan, Sinseollo, Galbi, Bulgogi and saju.

SOUTHEAST

In Vietnamese cuisine, is liberal use of the herbs. Vietnamese food like  pho noodles dishes. Fresh produce and dipping sauces are important. Some examples of Vietnamese cuisine are
Banh Chung ,Pho , Cha ca , Banh xeo , Rau muong, Banh Khot, Nom hoa chuoi , Hoa qua dam ,  and Ca phe trung.

In Thai cuisine , usually use to curries.In the northeast ,lime is important . Both rice and noodles are popular. Some examples of Thai  cuisine ,Tom yam kung,Kaeng Khiao Wan Kai,Phad Thai, Phad Kaphrao, Kaengphet pet yang ,Yam Nua, Mu or kai sa-te, Kai Phad Met Himmaphan.
