1. Service plate is placed in front of the customer.
2. Place the napkin on the service plate.
3. Place the first course knife right side of the service plate.
4. Place the main course knife right side of the first course knife
5. Place the soup spoon right side of the main course knife
6. Place the wine glass top of the soup spoon
7. Place the water glass left side of the wine glass
8. Place the first course fork left side of the service plate
9. Place the main course fork left side of the first course fork
10. Place the dessert spoon top of the service plate.
